Job Description

A leading residential developer are currently looking for an experienced residential Site Managers for new project in Milton Keynes. The site will produce over 100 new traditional built family homes and apartments, with further projects in the area to follow.


The company are one of the country's most renowned and successful residential developers with a reputation for producing quality traditional build housing and apartments, with a large number of consistent NHBC award winning site teams. They have recently downsized the number of house types they produce to help increase quality, with established sub-contractors familiar with the expected standards.


Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, you will personally manage day-to-day operations of your project with your team of an Assistant Site Manager, Forklift Driver and Labourer. You will be comfortable to lead by example and prove an active presence on site. You will be responsible for sub-contractor management, have oversight on health & safety, produce and monitor short term programmes, liaise across departments (sales, commercial, technical) and monitor quality throughout the development.




First Aid at Work

NVQ Level 5 or 6 in Construction Management (Ideally black card)

Previous experience with large/medium residential developers



Trade background

Qualified to degree/HNC level


Sites are due to commence in June, but they will hire the right candidate to gain knowledge of their working processes and get involved in the pre-construction process.


In return, you could expect a salary of up to £65,000 with a company car or allowance, excellent training, 25 days holiday, a contributory pension, healthcare options and realistic opportunities for progression. There is also an enticing incentive scheme in place to reward success.
