We are currently searching for a Services Coordinator to work for a residential developer in Norwich.
As a Services Coordinator you will be an integral part of the Technical Department, reporting to the Head of Technical. The Department will support you and develop you, and give you clear objectives. Your role as Services Coordinator will involve overseeing external engineering consultants, and utilities companies, as well as Local Authorities. This will draw on your project management and administration skills, and experience in the utilities sector, in order to lead on all utility matters for a variety of residential projects. You will need to be adaptable and strong in your management approach with a consistent approach to managing external utility companies.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering background (structural, civil or utilities), potentially with a degree or HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant building related subject.
Either coming from an engineering practice, utility providers, main contractor or developer background, you will have proven project management skills and knowledge of industry standards, processes and terminology. It would be advantageous to have some experience using AutoCAD.
