Job Description

A top 15 residential developer are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take the lead on a brand new project near Tonbridge, Kent. The company are one of the most renowned names in the market who have an excellent presence across Kent and South London.

 

Consisting of over 150 traditional built properties, this scheme will be split into multiple smaller phases to help achieve reasonable production targets. The properties will be of varying specification with a number of high spec private units up to five beds, with some associated Housing Association apartments.

 

The company are ambitious and looking to build upon their recent successes in the NHBC awards. They pride themselves on delivering an excellent product safely, so will actively support the new manager with an experienced company-trained Assistant Site Manager and established sub-contractors.

 

Essential:

SMSTS

First Aid at Work

CSCS Card (Ideally Black Card, NVQ 6)

Experience managing new build residential projects - Either at least Assistant level with large projects, or as a no.1 on Site.

 

Advantageous:

Relevant degree qualification - Construction Management

HNC/HND Qualifications

 

In return, you could expect a base salary of up to £70,000 p.a. with a company car or allowance, 25 days annual leave, a generous bonus scheme and plenty of opportunities to prove yourself to achieve medium/long term career ambitions.
