Senior Quantity Surveyor

An experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor is needed to join a high profile project near Horsham.

This role is working for a residential developer and experience of multi phase volume residential developments is a must. 

As part of your experience you will also have mixed projects in your background with a range of build methods including traditional masonry build and RC Frame.

Role Summary

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing all costs relating to residential developments. Your focus is to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, whilst still achieving the required standards and quality.
