Project Manager, South West London, £45,000 - £50,000 + package

My client, a privately owned, bespoke, basement conversion specialist is looking for an experienced Project Manager to run their high end property projects.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for running development projects from early stages through to conclusion in London and the South West. Dealing primarily with clients who own luxury, new build properties, the company pride themselves on championing the very best of British craftsmanship, where possible, sourcing materials and suppliers from within the UK.

Your role will ensure the product is completed to the high company standards with no health and safety or scheduling problems. To be successful the ideal candidate will need to have experience working on bespoke projects, with at least 3 years involvement in high end / luxury residential. You will need to be able to work alongside professionals from different departments including design, architecture and construction.

Role responsibilities to incude:

  • Review all relevant information for each job and arrange pre-installation inspections as necessary.
  • Schedule projects: Liase with client and representative to outline the installation process, including time frame and project specific specification. Continue liaison from point of sale to establish confirmed installation dates to suit company schedule.
  • Agree and document with customers and their representative pre installation, standard and project specific technical data, and all proposed work to be undertaken.
  • Maintain control over the installation work, organising all job specific requirements and authorising any additional expenditure.
  • Maintain communication with the customer and their representative (and other trades) during all aspects of the installation.
  • Communicate project specific knowledge back to Project Administrator (PA) and After Sales Manager as required for After Sales Visit (ASV).
  • ASV scheduling with PA.
  • Snags: Managing and scheduling remedial and warranty works end to end.
  • Assist with the review of proposed product and process developments and their implementation.
