Finishing Manager

We have a three month contract for an experienced Finishing Manager to work closely with a Senior Site Manager to complete a 4 storey block of 41 apartments.

Applicants must have experience on both internal and external finishing along with avalid in date SMSTS. As part of this role you will be expected to take full responsibility to ensure all finishing is completed promptly and to standard, as awell as compl;etion of paperwork.

The majority of the day will be spent out in the units managing the sub contractors and driving forward the site to a successful completion.
