Customer Service Manager - Residential

 

I am currently recruiting for a key client for the role of Customer Service Manager - Residential. This is an opportunity to join a residential developer with a reputation for producing a high quality product. This role is key as the business continues to grow within the region, with units being built increasing year-on-year. To manage this exciting growth effectively, they will require individuals to continue the high level of customer service their clients already experience.

 

This role will be dealing with a high level of interest and interaction with customers interested in sites that are at different sizes and stages, whilst all remedial works are managed in accordance with Company and NHBC guidelines.

 

Key responsibilities will be around the new home tours and handovers, and inspections of properties on a regular basis.

 

You will work across the business with senior-level staff and sub-contractors to ensure any and all issues are managed and resolved.

 

You will bring with you a professional background in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering in a housebuilding organisation.

 

Your customer-centric outlook will be paired with your ability to manage a high workload within a fast-paced environment.

 

The package available is a salary of £50,000 to £65,000, plus benefits.
