Job Description

Work closely with nominated Development Teams to ensure customer journey processes are followed

•       Provide weekly reporting to relevant personnel

•       Answer incoming calls into Customer Care and log issues and actions

•       Respond to all customer queries via email, telephone and letter professionally and within agreed timeframes

•       Build relationships with customers throughout warranty through courtesy calls, managing programmes of work and understanding needs of each customer

•       Build relationships with subcontractors and ensure completion of works in SLAs

•       Raise contra-charges where necessary

•       Liaise with other departments

•       Schedule Operative appointments

•       Co-ordinate programmes of remedial works across multiple trades

•       Carry out any appropriate duties required to improve the customer experience
