Job Description

A leading national house builder are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a project near in Basingstoke, Hampshire. The site is in late stages with further projects to follow across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hampshire with the company producing over 500 homes a year from this regional office.

The company enjoy a reputation as one of the best large residential developers, with their brand focused on delivering large developments to exceptional quality standards. As Assistant Site Manager you will be responsible for supervising daily site activity and ensuring the project is kept on program, ensuring safe working practices on site, resolving construction related issues and managing quality assurance throughout the development. There may also be some aspects of customer care further in the project.

SMSTS or SSSTS

First Aid at Work

CSCS

Track record as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor

In return, you could expect a salary of up to £45,000 with a company car or allowance, excellent training, 25 days holiday, a contributory pension, healthcare options and realistic opportunities for progression.
