Assitant Project Manager, Slough, Berkshire - £40,000 - £50,000

Due to continued business growth and a very exciting pipeline, a leading business in its field is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team based in Slough. This family owned listed business primarily focuses on both residential and hotel developments ranging from 40 - 150 units and 100+ room hotel developments outside of London Zone 5.

Joining a close and passionate team, the role will take responsibility for all aspects of the project newest large-scale project from pre-construction to hand-over. This role will lead all aspects across multiple sites for a large apartment development project, whilst preserving and deepening the already strong relationships in place with its external clients.

Furthermore, the role will also be required the mobilise, manage and motivate internal staff (as well as sub-contractors) to ensure that contractual and SLA agreements are met and that services are delivered on time.

To be considered for this role, you should be currently working as an Assistant Project Manager who has exposure to residential construction related projects. You should be used to managing internal stakeholders and sub-contractors and you should have excellent communication skills. You should be able to demonstrate a successful track record of managing multiple projects at one time at different stages.

You will have a background working on projects from pre-construction and leading all aspects of forecasting, planning, organisation, controlling, co-ordination and planning. Having knowledge of the design process will be preferred, though this is not essential.

It is a requirement that you have managed projects of a complex and technical nature. The successful candidate will have the above experience and skills as well as bringing enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a personable, authentic personality to ensure high motivation levels.
