Job Description

A leading residential developer are currently seeking an AutoCAD proficient Technical Coordinator or confident Architectural Technician to join their established technical team in Middlesex.


The company are well-renowned across the house building industry for producing a number of impressive luxury developments, winning numerous awards in the process. In recent years they have had impressive financial performance. With further financial backing they are now set to develop over 2,000 new homes on a single major project and have a raft of new upcoming developments with the company set for exponential growth.


Working closely alongside a Technical Manager, you will take responsibility for one large project or multiple providing support from inception through to practical completion. Providing a discerning eye over technical packages, you will be a key point of contact for the team and external design consultants to resolve any issues as they arise. Liaising with the NHBC, you will also submit and obtain building warrants in line with budgetary and forecast requirements.


You will likely come from an architectural background; with the ability to use AutoCAD to help tailor designs for upcoming developments to make minor alterations to group house types to ensure properties are inkeeping with regional aesthetics and value engineering.


Ideally, you will hold a degree in Architecture or qualifications to HNC/HND level.


Prior experience in residential design is essential, and coming from a similar developer setting is certainly advantageous.


As with their properties, their office is very well-appointed with full facilities provided including on-site parking. There is also easy access to the local train station. The atmosphere is relaxed, yet professional, with staff enjoying relative flexibility as required.


In return, you could expect a base salary of up to £45,000 p.a. with package.
