We are currently hiring for an experienced Administrator to join a busy construction company based in Iver, Buckinghamshire on a long term temp contract.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Admin experience.
Must be competent in filing and archiving, be computer literate and have great telephone manner.
Other Duties Include:
- Document control
- Meet and greet clients
- Invoicing and scanning
- Preparation of drawings
- Data inputting
- Minute taking
- Processing orders
- Liaising with suppliers
- Preparing quotes
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8-5.
