Meet our team: Jason Bowron

Jason came to PCR in May 2008 having already worked in the recruitment industry for 25 years. He was looking for a company he could grow with and he has most certainly done that. Now as our Sales Director, Jason has a naturally magnetic personality. This is something which gains confidence from clients and candidates. It is rare to see someone so driven to succeed.

One of the parts Jason has loved during his long career with PCR has been watching the sales team grow, not just in size but also in ability and the progression of individual members.
His role is both challenging and rewarding, but Jason rises to the challenges every day.
